Commission Structure

Our partnership program offers a competitive commission system based on the number of students per batch:

• 1-2 Students per Batch: 10% commission

• 3-5 Students per Batch: 12% commission

• 6+ Students per Batch: 15% commission

Commissions are calculated based on the total program fee, which includes tuition, accommodations, and meals.

Responsibilities of Agencies/Recruiters

• Promote Richmond Language Academy programs through online and offline platforms.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess student English levels, goals, and preferences.

• Submit required documentation (e.g., passports, visa details) to Richmond Language Academy at least one month before the students’ arrival.

• Provide student information, including special requests or requirements, to ensure a smooth experience.

What Richmond Language Academy Provides

• Customized Lessons: Personalized English lessons tailored to student needs and goals.

• Student Support: Full assistance with accommodations, local guidance, and safety.

• Visa Management: Handling of visa extensions for students during their stay.

• Prompt Payments: Agencies will receive commissions within 10 business days after student enrollment and payment confirmation.

Pricing Information

Our program fees are inclusive of tuition, accommodations, meals, and airport pickup. Estimated fees start at $1,120 USD per person for a four-week program with budget accommodation. Fees may vary depending on the type of accommodation chosen (budget, midrange, or luxury) and other factors such as the duration of the program. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be notified at least 14 days before the student’s arrival.

• Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with agreed terms documented in advance.
