"THEY'RE" is a contraction for "they are".
For Example:
THEY'RE hungry.
"THEIR" refers to something owned by a group.
For Example:
They're hungry and want to have THEIR lunch.
and "THERE" refers to a place.
For Example:
They're hungry and want to have their lunch over THERE.
