How to boost self-confidence Part 2 - "Believe."

In part 1 of - How to boost self-confidence, I mentioned that through "constant repetition," we can gain competence; hence we can naturally develop confidence.

This time, we'll go a little bit deeper into unlocking self-confidence using momentum.


"Emotion creates Motion."

I'd like you to remember four things - Belief, Potential, Action, and Result.

Most people have a belief about their real potential no matter what people tell them.

And that affects how much action they take.

And of course, that affects the result.

And ironically, that result reinforces their belief.

And that belief affects their potential and so on.


I'll give you an example; a guy wishes to be a famous YouTuber and has high potential.

But he takes only little action and got low results, why?

Because to start with, he didn't believe in himself.

Consequently, he never used his full potential.


So, if you believe that you have little potential, how much action are you going to take? (that's right, only little)

So if you believe that you have little potential and you take little action, what kind of results will you get? (Yes, lousy little results.)

And then, if you have little results, what will it do to your beliefs?


Ultimately, it will slowly pull you down and kill your confidence.

Now, if we make this the opposite, and you fill your belief with "absolute certainty", you will tap into your full potential.

And if you are sure about your potential, you will take massive action.

And therefore you can get great results.

And then your brain will say - "I told you you can do it!"

And this is the reason why you hear about successful people and how they have gained confidence in themselves, which led to their success.

Because they "believed."
