How to boost self-confidence part 3 - Work it!

In the last two episodes, we've discussed the mental and emotional aspects of "How to boost self-confidence".

This time, we will complete this series with the physical aspect of it.

Although this might sound basic and you've heard it many times, you might be surprised by the science behind it.


Work it - This simply means, exercise, or do physical activities that promote oxygen flow to your brain and your entire body. Why?

Let me explain.


Daily exercise can skyrocket your self-confidence by affecting everything, from your physical health to your sense of well being.

To put it simply, when you look good, you feel good.

Daily exercise helps meet your physical goals which in turn strengthens your body and fills it with energy.


Have you noticed that after an intense workout, you feel you can conquer anything?

This is a natural euphoria called the "exercise or runner's high"

When you experience physical stress, your brain releases hormones called "Endorphins".

These chemicals improve your mood and self-esteem.


If you're having a bad day, for example, 15 minutes of exercise can reverse your mood.

You will be more motivated and courageous to face challenges.

And Your brain will even feel more focused and efficient.

So, exercise will make you feel happy, healthy, strong, sexy, unstoppable, and of course...confident, even in this current adversity.
